Additional information on the contract: NANTES MÉTROPOLE has entrusted the public service delegation (D.S.P) of the heat network called Nantaise Distribution Chaleur Nantes to the company Dalkia. In this capacity, the company Dalkia has created a dedicated company, named CLEA, which, from its creation, has taken over the DSP and therefore all the rights and obligations related to the RCU. CLEA is therefore the project owner for the implementation of the works related to the construction of the RCU. CLEA then entrusted the company Dalkia with the implementation and monitoring of all the works related to the construction of the RCU, Dalkia thus becoming the project owner by substitution. As part of the works to be carried out in 2026, several existing buildings (and a few new buildings) will be connected to the future heat network, resulting in the transformation of the current boiler rooms into substations, an operation carried out with the installation of skids supplied by Dalkia, to ensure the heating and production of domestic hot water for the buildings. The present notice for a works contract concerns the services to be carried out by the Supplier and/or Subcontractor, concerning the implementation of the substations, which will be installed in the existing boiler rooms or in the new buildings. These works essentially consist of the hydraulic connections of the skids (supplied by Dalkia) on the primary side of the heat network from valves on standby in each technical room, the secondary side connections on the secondary installation being the responsibility of the subscriber. These works are scheduled from May 2026 to November 2026 according to the schedule that will be transmitted with the DCE.
