The subject of the contract is the purchase of electrical energy for military complexes serviced by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (a period of 24 months) divided into 2 parts: Part I – Purchase of electrical energy for military complexes located in the distribution area of Energa Operator S.A. under the management of the Regional Infrastructure Office in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (a period of 24 months). Part II – Purchase of electrical energy for military complexes located in the distribution area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. under the management of the Regional Infrastructure Office in Olsztyn for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (a period of 24 months). The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2a and 2b to the SWZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: • Part I: Energy intake points of RZI Olsztyn located in the distribution area of Energa Operator S.A. – in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for Part I of the procedure, which is Annex 2a to the SWZ. • Part II: Energy intake points of RZI Olsztyn located in the distribution area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. – in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract for Part II of the procedure, which is Annex 2b to the SWZ. 3. Warranty period: not applicable. 4. Required contract execution period with material effect: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028.
