The order is divided into six parts. The individual parts cover the following types of insurance: 1. Part 01 of the order: insurance of the property of the Municipality of Wrocław, which is managed by the organisational units of the Municipality (excluding the property of educational, cultural, health and social assistance units and communal property). Types of insurance: all-risk property insurance (CPV – 66515400-7, CPV – 66515000-3); all-risk insurance for electronic equipment (CPV – 66515400-7, 66515000-3). 2. Part 02 of the order: insurance of the property of the Municipality of Wrocław, which is managed by cultural and social assistance units. Types of insurance: all-risk property insurance (CPV – 66515400-7, CPV – 66515000-3). 3. Part 03 of the order: insurance of the property of the Municipality of Wrocław, which is managed by educational units. Types of insurance: all-risk property insurance (CPV – 66515400-7, CPV – 66515000-3). 4. Part 04 of the order: insurance of the civil liability of the organisational units of the Municipality of Wrocław and cultural institutions for the property they possess and use, as well as for the conduct of their activities. Types of insurance: insurance for civil liability for damages caused to third parties in connection with the conduct of activities and the possession of property (CPV – 66516000-0). 5. Part 05 of the order: insurance of the civil liability of the Municipality of Wrocław and Ekosystem Sp. z o.o. in connection with road management. Types of insurance: insurance for civil liability for damages caused to third parties in connection with the conduct of activities and the possession of property (CPV – 66516000-0). 6. Part 06 of the order: insurance of communal property under the management of Wrocławskie Mieszkania Sp. z o.o. and Zarząd Zasobu Komunalnego, and insurance of the civil liability of Wrocławskie Mieszkania Sp. z o.o. and Zarząd Zasobu Komunalnego, in connection with the management of real estate, in particular the communal property.
