The subject of the Contract is the rental and maintenance of a printing system using multifunctional devices. 2. The subject of the Contract includes the rental and maintenance, along with software ensuring the functionality of the system, of two groups of devices, namely: 1) Group A3, including the rental and maintenance of: - 34 new, colour multifunctional devices in A3 format, - 1 new, colour multifunctional device in A3 format with a finisher, 2) Group A4, including the rental and maintenance of 6 new, colour multifunctional devices in A4 format. 3. The subject of the Contract will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. this SWZ and its annexes, in particular in the scope and in accordance with the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (which is Annex 1 to the SWZ - hereinafter "ST") together with Annex 1 and in the Contract Template (which is Annex 2 to the SWZ). 4. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, requires the employment, on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), by the Contractor or Subcontractor, of conservators, who will be assigned to the maintenance service of the devices covered by the contract for the entire period of the contract's validity. The rules for verification by the Contracting Authority of this condition and the penalties for non-compliance with these requirements are specified in the Contract Template.
