The subject of the order is the provision of a research service as part of the initiative entitled: "Poland's Reporting to the European Commission on Food Waste Measurement Levels in a Four-Year Cycle: 2024-2027". The order concerns quantitative research on the level of food waste at three stages of the food supply chain, namely: primary production, processing and manufacturing, and retail sales and other food distribution.
