The Design Office will be responsible for preparing the project documentation for the construction intent and the construction project and the execution project (excluding parts covered by EPC contracts), for coordinating and harmonizing all designers and suppliers, including resolving interfaces between technological units, for ensuring the permitting process and obtaining the building permit, for performing author supervision and delivering the selected part of the documentation of the actual construction (the remainder will be delivered by the contractor according to § 32 (3) of the Building Act), as well as for the operational resolution of technical problems during project implementation, all in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Building Act and the technical specification.
