Hungary – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Kombinált csatornatisztító gépjármű beszerzése

The purpose of this procedure is to procure 1 new 4x2, 2-axle vehicle with a combined sewer cleaning superstructure, equipped with a hydraulic winch, mounted on a special GEM chassis. Only new vehicles may be offered. A new vehicle is defined as one that is manufactured from original, new components, has never been placed on the market, either in Hungary or abroad, comes with a full warranty, has travelled a maximum of 2,000 km, and has not been operated for more than 50 hours. The procurement includes handling the vehicle's market launch (commissioning, delivery, handover). The handover must take place in a market-ready condition, with official markings, license plates, and all documents necessary for operation.

Professional offer: The bidder must have sales/distribution, service, and spare parts supply authorization for the superstructure. Consequently, the bidder must attach the manufacturer's and/or Hungarian importer's declaration regarding the bidder's sales/distribution, service, and spare parts supply authorization to their offer.

Training, operator personnel training (1 occasion, 8 hours): The winning bidder will, at the same time as the vehicle handover, train the procurer's personnel in the safe and efficient operation of the vehicles. All participants in the training will be instructed in Hungarian. If the instructor does not speak fluent Hungarian, an interpreter must be provided. Hungarian-language summary materials must be prepared and distributed to support the training and future operation. The procurer will inform the bidder that any references to specific brands, origins, or types of goods mentioned in the technical description are made to clearly define the subject matter, and the procurer will accept equivalents, provided that the bidder proves the equivalence in their offer.

The expected technical parameters are contained in the document titled "Technical Expert Specification" (Excel). The document titled "Technical Expert Specification" must be completed (including the "Proposed vehicle manufacturer, type, origin, and the "Proposed vehicle parameters (Yes/No and/or quantifiable parameter, where relevant)" column), signed in a business-like manner in pdf format and uploaded to the EKR system, as well as in Excel.
