Poland – Construction work – Budowa węzła drogowego na skrzyżowaniu drogi krajowej DK81 z drogą wojewódzką DW944 – ul. Bielska w Skoczowie.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a road junction at the existing intersection of National Road No. 81 with Voivodeship Road DW 944 – ul. Bielska in Skoczów /Śląskie Voivodeship, Cieszyn County/, including the removal of collisions with technical infrastructure not related to the road. 3. The scope of the contract includes, in particular: Road works: • expansion of National Road DK81 class GP2x2 from km 61 +118 to km 62 + 424; • expansion of Voivodeship Road DW944 class G1x2 from km 9+270.98 to 9+472.98; • construction of a karo type road junction at the intersection of National Road DK 81 with DW 944, with a collision-free route along DK 81; • construction of entrance and exit ramps; • expansion of Municipal Road DG 430106S class D (ul. Potok); • expansion of Municipal Road DG 430056S class D (ul. Fabryczna); • reconstruction of Municipal Road DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) class L; • construction of new sections of municipal roads; • construction/reconstruction of footpaths and cycle paths; • construction of a medium-sized roundabout at the junction of DW944 with the ramps of DK81; • construction of a standard intersection of County Road DP 2616S (ul. Stalmacha) class Z with new Municipal Road No. 2 (section A) class L; • construction of a standard intersection of new Municipal Road No. 2 (section A) class L with new Municipal Road No. 2 (section B) class D; • construction of a channelled intersection for right turns of ramp Ł2 of the junction in the course of DK81 class GP with Municipal Road No. 430056S (ul. Fabryczna) class D, equipped with merging and diverging lanes; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of driveways to plots within the scope of the investment; Construction of technical road equipment: • construction of drainage and water discharge devices (surface drainage, road drainage system); • construction of street lighting system with power supply; • construction of objects and devices serving road users: turning places, pedestrian crossings and cycle crossings; • construction of road technical devices: protective barriers, balustrades; • tree and shrub cutting to the necessary extent; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of fencing; Bridge works: • construction of engineering structures: - viaducts WD.1 in the course of DK81 at km 61+777.35 over DW944 – left and right carriageway; - bridge WD.2L in the course of the left carriageway and ramp of DK81 at km 62+140.42 over the river Bładnica; - bridge WD.2P in the course of the right carriageway of National Road No. 81 at km 62+153.74 over the river Bładnica; - bridge WD.3 in the course of ramp Ł.2 of National Road No. 81 at km 62+170.54 over the river Bładnica; - underground passage PP.1 under DK81 at km 61+899.20; - underground passage PP.2 under DW944 at km 61+840.50; - culvert P.1 in the ditch under road DK81 at km 61+533.96; - supporting structures KO.1 ÷ KO.6 • demolition of engineering structures colliding with the investment: - bridge (bridges), for each carriageway separately, in the course of DK 81 over the river Bładnica with equipment: bridge ID.1.L in the course of the left carriageway, bridge ID.1.P in the course of the right carriageway; - bridge ID.2 in the course of DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) over the river Bładnica with equipment; - underground passage under road DK81 with equipment; - existing culvert ID.4 in the course of National Road No. 81 at km 61+528.14; Environmental protection devices: • construction of acoustic screens; • greenery development within the boundaries of the designed road corridor; Technical infrastructure in the road corridor not related to the road: • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the power grid – low and medium voltage; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the telecommunication network; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the water supply network; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the gas network – low, medium and high pressure; • securing/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the stormwater drainage network (other than road). 3. The contract will be executed based on the Contract Conditions for Construction for building and engineering works designed by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks, i.e.: bridge works in the scope of concrete works, with the exception of: - pile works and other specialised intermediate laying techniques, and - the manufacture of prefabricated structural elements (concrete, steel, composite), and - finishing works, and - supply of materials and services. With regard to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not invoke the capabilities of the entity providing resources, on the basis of art. 118 para. 1 of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate compliance with the relevant participation conditions in the procedure. 5. The estimated value of the contract is above 20,000,000.00 euro.
