Poland – Landscaping work – „Zagospodarowanie przestrzeni terenów zielonych przy Ekoszkole – Etap I” Zadanie realizowane w ramach projektu: „AkTYwne Miasto. Razem dla rozwoju Starachowic”

The subject of the contract is: Reconstruction and expansion of a parking lot with the construction of a public recreational park located at the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3 in Starachowice. The scope of the works includes:

a) Reconstruction and expansion of the parking lot located on the side of ul. Glinianej to 55 parking spaces, including the construction of parking lighting and the expansion of the rainwater drainage system

b) Construction of a public recreational park, including:

• Removal of the running track, long jump pit, and shot put circle

• Removal of the existing three courts: basketball, volleyball, and clay tennis court

• Removal of the existing "internal" fences, i.e., those belonging to sports facilities or gyms

• Relocation of the playground (removal of the existing surface with sub-base, fence around the existing playground, dismantling of existing play equipment, and reassembly in the location of the new playground. Construction of a new playground in the designated location and construction of a fence with a gate)

• Relocation of the outdoor gym (removal of the existing surface with sub-base, dismantling of existing equipment, and reassembly in the location of the new exercise area)

• Installation and implementation of small architecture objects serving daily recreation, such as: installation of children's recreational equipment, including a balance set, climbing-rope set, low rope park set, and ground trampolines

• Implementation of bicycle path tracks for children

• Installation of benches and seats, bicycle and scooter racks, and waste bins

• Execution of hard surfaces and ground board games

• Execution of safe polyurethane and sandy surfaces under equipment

• Hard surfaces made of cobblestones (as pedestrian paths, trails)

• Concrete hard surfaces – part of the park paths, plazas, and hard surfaces under equipment and for mounting lighting fixtures

• Installation of solar lighting.

NOTICE: The detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies the scope of the works, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works – constituting an annex to the Specification of Contract Conditions. The objects created as a result of the implementation of this contract are intended for all users, their parameters have been designed based on applicable standards and regulations, which, after the completion of the investment, will facilitate movement, especially for people with mobility disabilities. The Contracting Authority does not require but envisages the possibility of a site visit by the Contractor, before submitting an offer. Since the contract includes works on a closed area, the Contractor may conduct a site visit after prior agreement with the Contracting Authority ([email protected]). The Contracting Authority requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, based on an employment relationship, in accordance with Article 22, Section 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, of persons performing the indicated activities related to the implementation of the contract, i.e.: carrying out construction works in the road, sanitary, and electrical sectors.
