France – Lift-maintenance services – Marché d'entretien courant et de maintenance des automatismes comprenant les ascenseurs et les systèmes de fermeture automatiques des bâtiments de la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque

Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. This is an ordinary contract, including a framework agreement with purchase orders, as per Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, concluded without a minimum amount and with the maximum amounts specified in the contract documents. The present contract concerns the regular maintenance and upkeep to ensure the good condition of automated systems, including elevators and automatic door closures in community buildings: offices, crèches, cultural facilities, business incubators, etc. This includes: - Preventive maintenance: periodic checks, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, regulatory checks. - Corrective maintenance: repairs and replacement of worn or defective parts (except for major equipment or as per contract clauses). The equipment to be maintained includes elevators, gates, sectional doors, pedestrian doors, rising barriers, etc. The contract is divided into 8 lots covering the entire territory of the Basque Community: Northern Labourd, Southern Labourd, Lower Navarre and Soule.
