The subject of the contract is the production, delivery and installation of medical and non-medical furniture equipment along with the necessary equipment as part of the investment task "Equipment for the Warsaw Southern Hospital". The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 "Price List Form", Annex No. 8 "Description of the Subject of the Contract". The subject of the contract includes in particular the sale, delivery and installation of furniture to the rooms indicated by the Purchaser in the Warsaw Southern Hospital, in the places indicated by the Purchaser, the commissioning of the equipment and the performance before the technical acceptance (carried out by authorized persons) of the start-up, functional tests and equipment performance tests. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the start-up of the equipment by the authorized service of the manufacturer, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of complete technical documentation, user instructions in Polish (in paper and/or electronic form) and warranty documents, as well as the conduct of on-the-job training for the personnel indicated by the Purchaser in the scope of operation and operation of the equipment and the provision of warranty service in accordance with the requirements of the Purchaser. The Contractor is obliged to carry out all the necessary measurements necessary for the execution and delivery of the furniture.
