Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Erweiterung und Modernisierung Härtenschule - Tragwerksplanung

The municipality of Kusterdingen plans to expand and modernise the Härtenschule. Initially, a new building for the all-day area (approx. 1,150 m²) is to be constructed. Subsequently, the existing structure will be renovated and modernised (approx. 1,400 m²). Estimated costs (cost categories: 200-700, net): New building: 5.2 million €, Existing building: 3.3 million €. Estimated dates: Start of planning: after completion of the tendering procedure, presumably: November 2026. The new building must be accounted for by the grant provider by 1 September 2029.
