Poland – Systems support services – Serwis oprogramowania aplikacyjnego klasy HIS InfoMedica Plus/AMMS Plus

1. The Contractor will provide maintenance of the application software class HIS InfoMedica Plus/AMMS Plus for a period of 24 months, starting no earlier than 01.02.2027. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ. 2. The Contractor must have an Information Security Management System certified in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard by an independent accredited body (proof in the form of a copy of the certificate) or equivalent. 3. The Contractor must have a Business Continuity Management System certified in accordance with the ISO 22301 standard by an independent accredited body (proof in the form of a copy of the certificate) or equivalent. 4. The Contractor will submit to the Contracting Authority, on the date of the contract, the current public liability insurance policy for the activity carried out in the amount of at least 1,000,000.00 PLN. 5. Obligations of the Contracting Authority arising from the licences held. The Contracting Authority declares that the software licence supplier is Asseco Poland S.A. In accordance with the terms of the licence agreements, the above-mentioned licence supplier provides the Contracting Authority with author's supervision. Obligations in the field of author's supervision will be carried out by the above-mentioned supplier on the condition of: "refraining from making unauthorised changes to the configuration of the Application Software (in accordance with Article 74(4)(2) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act) or computer hardware on which the Application Software covered by this Agreement is used, including the Contracting Authority undertakes to refrain from making unauthorised modifications to the content of the databases of the Application Software; in the event of such a need arising, the Contractor allows changes to the configuration of the Application Software or computer hardware, but these must be reported to the Contractor in advance, and any changes must be made with the prior express consent of the Contractor."
