The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive technical maintenance services for the buildings of the Centre of Science Kopernik Property Complex at Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 20 and Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 18 in Warsaw, along with the objects and technical infrastructure on the adjacent external area. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in: a) Annex No. 1: Detailed description of the subject of the contract; b) Annex No. 1a: Building operation and maintenance instructions; c) Annex No. 1b: Technical documentation of the building, including technical and operational documentation. Note: Pursuant to Article 18(4) and Article 133(3) of the Pzp Act, the documentation constituting Annex No. 1b to the SWZ is not made available on the website of the conducted procedure. The Contracting Authority requires Contractors to keep confidential the information obtained in connection with access to the above documentation, which will be made available to Contractors (for inspection) during the mandatory site visit after signing the confidentiality statement constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. d) Annex No. 2: Draft contractual clauses.
