Due to the need for adjustments regarding the tender documents, the contracting authority has decided to withdraw the procurement procedure "WIGEBA – Framework Agreement for Structural Design and Building Physics" with notice number 183520-2026 (OJ S 53/2026) pursuant to § 149(2)(3) BVergG. However, the procurement procedure with notice number 183520-2026 (OJ S 53/2026) will be continued in the present notice. The aim of the present procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for the procurement of structural design and building physics services. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of four years.
