Netherlands – Construction work for engineering works except bridges, tunnels, shafts and subways – Bouwteam Reconstructie Rivierenbuurt

The objective of this procurement is to select and contract a suitable construction partner; a contractor with demonstrable substantive knowledge and experience, for the integral and sustainable replacement of the sewerage system and the renewal of the public space for the Rivierenbuurt in Bergen op Zoom. To this end, the municipality will enter into a construction team agreement with one party for the design and tendering phase. At the end of the construction team phase, the intention is to enter into a contract award agreement based on the UAV 2012 (version 2025). The contractor who completes the construction team phase will have the right to make the first offer. Thus, both the construction team phase and the execution phase can be awarded as a result of the present procurement procedure. In this project, sustainability is approached broadly. This includes, among others, the following themes: greening and biodiversity, climate adaptation, circular and biobased construction, energy-efficient infrastructure and Clean and Emission-free Construction.
