The subject of the contract is the service of preparing multi-disciplinary design documentation (construction and execution) for the investment tasks named: Construction of a research, teaching and administrative building and construction of a sports field with an underground garage at the Fire Service Academy in Warsaw, including obtaining all necessary and required documents, particularly decisions and agreements related to obtaining legally binding administrative decisions allowing the commencement and conduct of the construction, as well as providing author supervision for the subsequent implementation of the construction works. 2. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 441, paragraph 1, of the Pzp Act, in the procedure, it envisages the option described in § 1, paragraphs 3-7 of Annex No. 2 to the Description of Needs and Requirements (OPiW) entitled Projected Contract Terms. 3. Subject to changes resulting from possible negotiations, the subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPiW together with its annexes, in particular in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW entitled "Description of the Subject of the Contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ"), the documentation annexed to the OPZ, Annex No. 2 to the OPiW entitled Projected Contract Terms (hereinafter also referred to as "PPU"), and in accordance with the applicable regulations. 4. The contracting authority expects the contract to be completed within a period not longer than 31 December 2032 from the date of signing the contract. Specific requirements in this regard are regulated in the OPZ and PPU.
