Poland – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla projektu pn.: „Budowa linii łączącej Bełchatów z linią 131”

The subject of the Contract is the preparation of design documentation for the project entitled: „Construction of the line connecting Bełchatów with line 131”. The entire subject of the Contract includes: 1) Basic Scope: Preparation of a programme-space concept including two solution variants: - Variant no. 1 with the inclusion of a northern connection between lines LK24 and LK131, - Variant no. 2 without the inclusion of a connection; 2) Option Right no. 1: Provision of author supervision during the execution and acceptance of construction works covered by the prepared design documentation for the basic scope; 3) Option Right no. 2: Preparation of design documentation and obtaining the relevant administrative decisions for the northern connection between lines LK24 and LK131; 4) Option Right no. 3: Provision of author supervision during the execution and acceptance of construction works covered by the design documentation prepared under Option no. 2; 5) Option Right no. 4: Conducting an environmental impact assessment, preparing an Environmental Impact Report and obtaining a DUŚ for the Report for railway line no. 24 (including the connection); 6) Option Right no. 5: Conducting an environmental impact assessment, preparing an Environmental Impact Report and obtaining a DUŚ for the Report for Chorzew Siemkowice station; 7) Option Right no. 6: Providing the Contracting Authority with a licence for the EDMS Platform, enabling proper supervision of the Project implementation.
