The subject of this contract is to perform the role of a Contract Engineer, to provide independent consultancy (support during the tendering process in the "design and build" mode and verification of the project documentation prepared by the Contractor) and investor supervision, along with dendrological supervision during the implementation of the investment and participation in the post-construction period, during the warranty and guarantee period on each call of the Contracting Authority, in post-warranty and guarantee inspections and to supervise the proper performance by the contractor of the construction works obligations arising from the granted guarantee and warranty for Project No. FENX.01.02-IW.01-0010/25 entitled “Adaptation to climate change in the city of Elbląg – Stage I”, which includes the following tasks: Task 1.
