The town of Marktsteft intends to replace the kindergarten with 3 kindergarten groups and 3 nursery groups on two floors on the plots with the cadastral numbers 969/1, 962/11, 962/12 and 971, based on the model of the daycare centre "Kita unterm Nussbaum" in 97842 Karbach. Within the framework of the demand planning for the years 2023 to 2026, an increased demand for places has been identified, which can no longer be met in the existing building on the plot with cadastral number 962/12. For this reason, the decision was made to construct a new building. The new kindergarten is to be designed for approximately 111 children with all the necessary rooms, including kitchen and dining room, multipurpose room and rest room. In order to reduce construction costs and the construction period, the planning of the kindergarten is to be oriented towards a type of construction with a high degree of prefabrication, ideally in modular construction, and ultimately to enable the award to a general contractor. Due to the special features already associated with the planning and the necessity of a coordination going beyond the normal scope between the individual planning disciplines as well as the feasibility of the planning contributions with regard to the envisaged modular construction, the service descriptions for building design, structural design and technical building services have already been awarded together in a separate tender. Since the existing kindergarten is currently in operation on the site to be planned, the commissioned planning team is also to develop an operational concept coordinated with the client and the user, which, in the event of the relocation of the container construction, is to plan interim solutions or interim states in coordination with the client and the user, with which largely uninterrupted and unrestricted operation of the kindergarten is possible. The subject of this tendering procedure are the lines required within the framework of the realisation of the new construction of the kindergarten of the service description external facilities, including the planning of the play equipment and the sports field.
