Germany – Engineering services – Erbringung von Planungsleistungen (TWP - NEU) für den Neubau der Grundschule "Geschwister Scholl" in 14712 Rathenow als dreizügige Schule im Sinne einer Compartmentschule

This tender is for the award of engineering services for structural design (Section 49 et seq. HOAI 2021) for the new construction of a 3-storey primary school (3-track) with a basement. The services include phases 1 to 6 according to Section 51 HOAI (staged commissioning) as well as special services. The school is to be organised as a compartment school and constructed using a wood-hybrid construction method. Within the framework of an open realisation competition in two phases via the procurement marketplace of the State of Brandenburg, a prize winner was determined. The result is a school designed as a windmill-like, three-winged building. Construction method: wood-hybrid in combination with concrete. CO2-reduced concrete is planned for use in the basement, the ground slab and the stairwells. The floor slabs are planned as STB slabs on timber ribs. The building consists for the most part of a timber construction of prefabricated elements. A PV system will find its place on the green roof of the school. GFA / GIA: 7,900 m2 / 34,060 m3 Cost estimate: Net construction costs LG 300 - 13,271,000.00 EUR; LG 400 - 3,743,000.00 EUR.
