Poland – Snow-clearing services – RDW w Zamościu „Usługi zimowego utrzymania chodników na terenie RDW Zamość w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027”

The subject of the contract is: The service of winter maintenance of pavements in the Zamość Regional Roads Authority (RDW) “Winter maintenance services for pavements in the Zamość RDW area for the 2026/2027 winter season” The scope of work includes mechanical and manual snow removal and de-icing of pavements, cycle paths, pedestrian islands and pedestrian crossings across the entire width using abrasive materials (sand), including sections leading to pedestrian crossings, contracted by the Zamość Regional Roads Authority, divided into tasks; 2. A detailed list of pavement and cycle path sections is included in the annex “Technical Specification with a list and location of pavements, cycle paths, pedestrian islands and pedestrian crossings in the Road District of Biłgoraj, Józefów and Zamość for the winter season 2026/2027”. 3. In the event of transfer of management of any of the above sections to another road manager, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to withdraw from the implementation of individual Tasks. In such a case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to claim financial compensation from the Zamość Regional Roads Authority. 4. The Contracting Authority, depending on the weather conditions, will each time make decisions on the commencement of services, indicating the road sections where the need for active action arises. 5. There is a possibility of invalidating the procedure as a result of not allocating funds for the financing of the contract. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice. Contract execution period: from 10 November 2026 to 30 April 2027.
