1. The subject of the contract is the execution of technical (construction) projects for the investment task entitled: "Construction of a hall serving multi-generational cultural education on level 0 in Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera" along with the provision of author's supervision service. 2. Detailed assumptions regarding the execution of the subject of the contract are included in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW – called the Detailed Description of Needs and Requirements (hereinafter SOPiW). 3. In the SOPiW, matters that are the subject of dialogue with the Contractors invited to the dialogue are indicated.
