The subject of the present procedure is: "Reconstruction of the internal water supply network in the town of Strelcha" - ul. "Sredna Gora" - from o.t. 241 to o.t. 129A; ul. "Ruski" - west from o.t. 385 /square "Oborishte"/ to o.t. 326B after the bridge, ul. "Topola" - from o.t. 329 /"Ruski"/ to o.t. 345 /"Fantastiko"/ and from o.t. 345, through o.t. 346 to o.t. 347, bul. "Ruski" upper level /north/ – from o.t. 397 to o.t. 456 /330B/ and from o.t. 303A /o.t. 696/ to o.t. 312A /o.t. 694/, bul. "Ruski" – east /lower level/ from o.t. 326B /after the bridge/ to 40 meters before o.t. 31 (329B-312). The subject of the contract is "construction" within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Category of the object: the object is the fourth group, second category according to Article 137 of the Spatial Development Act. For the object, there is an issued Building Permit No. 8 of 26.02.2009, supplemented with Order No. 599 of 21.02.2012; Order No. 2 of 25.02.2014; Order No. 5 of 12.04.2016; Order No. 10 of 09.07.2019; Order No. 14 of 01.12.2020; Order No. 6 of 13.04.2021 and Order No. 4 of 03.04.2023 of the Chief Architect of Strelcha Municipality.
