Hungary – Natural gas – Földgázbeszerzés 2026-27 gázévre

Natural gas energy sales to tenderers for the 2026-27 gas year, under a full-supply based natural gas energy trading agreement. The tenderer, the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association, as per the 4th paragraph of Article 16 of its Rules of Procedure and Operation, is conducting the public procurement procedure for all its organisational units, which are considered separate operational units (hereinafter referred to as the Operational Unit in the procurement documents) for the total demand. The tenderer concludes the contract independently, on behalf of all Operational Units, with the winning tenderer, with the Operational Units being considered independent users and independent payers as recorded in the contract framework.
