Procurement of chemicals DBR in two parts. Procurement of chemicals according to the technical specifications forming part of the procurement documents. The invitation to tender provides a precise technical description - in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act - and contractual conditions for the concrete procurement to be implemented in the DBR for the economic operators participating in the DBR, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders. The economic operators invited to submit a tender can submit their tender on the basis of this! The characteristic duration is one tendering phase per spring and autumn cycle. The concrete procurements are shaped according to the current needs of the Invitation to Tender. The duration of the DBR is 24 months.
