Fertilizers procurement DBR in two parts. Fertilizers procurement according to the technical specifications included in the procurement documents. The invitation to tender provides a precise technical description - in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act - and contractual conditions for the concrete procurement to be implemented in the DBR for the economic operators participating in the DBR, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders. The economic operators invited to tender can submit their tenders in the tendering phase on the basis of this! The characteristic period for a tendering phase is May-August for NPK fertilizers, and September-May for nitrogen fertilizers. The concrete procurements are shaped according to the current needs of the Invitation to Tender. The duration of the DBR is 24 months.
