France – Natural gas – Fourniture, acheminement de gaz naturel et prestations de service associées pour Ophéa, Habitation Moderne et Foyer Moderne

The present consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of natural gas and associated services for the group of 3 entities of the EMHA group (Ophéa, Foyer Moderne de Schiltigheim and Habitation Moderne). The framework agreement includes the supply of natural gas delivered on site (delivery cost included). The successful tenderer will therefore be responsible for: — the supply of gas, — the costs related to the delivery of gas to the delivery points. It will therefore act as an interface between the operators responsible for the delivery of gas, and Ophéa, Habitation Moderne, and Foyer Moderne. The contract is subject to a joint procedure. OPHEA acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group established by the group convention dated 27 June 2026 concluded between Ophéa, Habitation Moderne and Foyer Moderne.
