The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products. The subject of the contract is a contract awarded in parts and includes 21 lots. An offer for its validity in a given lot must be submitted for all items. The contracting authority does not allow offers to be submitted for items within a lot. The contracting authority has specified a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the absolutely necessary conditions which must be met by the subject of the contract in the tender, in the annex no. 2 and in the contract template.
