The subject of the public procurement is the development, implementation and operation of an AI Assistant (chatbot) using artificial intelligence technology and implemented on the portal of craft business (hereinafter referred to as „IS RŽP“). The AI Assistant will serve to automatically answer queries from the public and internal users based on learning from publicly available textual sources. The fulfillment will include a proposal for a technical solution and its implementation in accordance with established procedures (best practices) in the field of developing and operating systems using artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on security, transparency and sustainability. The fulfillment of the public procurement will further include the provision of the necessary infrastructure for the management and operation of the service, the preparation of documentation and user manuals, the provision of administrator training and the operation, technical support and optimization for a period of three years from the accepted deployment of the AI Assistant into the production environment. The supplier will, as part of the technical support, ensure routine updates, repairs and minor improvements necessary to maintain the functionality and security of the AI Assistant.
