Czechia – Software support services – PROVOZ A ROZVOJ APLIKACE INTERNÍ AKTY ŘÍZENÍ

The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of services for the operation and further development of the Interní akty řízení (hereinafter also “IAŘ”) application for a period of 48 months. The subject of the public procurement is:

• Operational support of the application in terms of providing Service Desk services, resolving incidents, consultancy support, and providing application updates;

• Development of the application in terms of required application modifications with a maximum scope of 60 MD for the entire duration of the Contract, where 1 MD represents 8 hours of work of one employee.

The subject of the public procurement and all commercial, payment, and technical conditions are specified in the binding text of the draft Contract for the Provision of Operational Support and Development Services for the Interní akty řízení Application, which is an annex to the Tender Documentation.
