The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of the following services by the supplier: i. the delivery of an agenda information system (hereinafter referred to as „PORT“), which involves the gradual development and implementation of PORT, meaning its gradual creation, development, and implementation into the server and communication infrastructure provided by the supplier for its operation; and ii. the operation of PORT, including the provision of server and communication infrastructure provided by the supplier for its operation and ensuring cooperation during the migration of data from the current software solution used by the contracting authority to PORT, with the understanding that this infrastructure will be a cloud computing service within the meaning of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration and amending certain other laws, as amended.
