Framework agreement for the public procurement of medicines, divided into 105 lots, for 36 months, in accordance with the terms of reference. Note: In accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 107/2017, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days.
