Finland – Miscellaneous cleaning machines – Siivouskoneet ja tekstiilienkäsittelylaitteet

Numera Palvelut Oy invites tenders for professional cleaning machines and textile care equipment according to the tender documents. The procurement also includes, as an option, cleaning machines and textile care equipment acquired through leasing financing, as well as maintenance services after the warranty period, and installation services for washing machines and dryers. The procurement includes various floor care machines, combination machines, vacuum cleaners, washing machines and dryers intended for institutional use. Robotic cleaning machines can also be procured under the agreement arising from the competition. The procurement is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1: Cleaning machines and textile care equipment / Uusimaa Lot 2: Cleaning machines and textile care equipment / Rest of Finland The competition will be conducted through an open procedure, based on which up to three (3) bidders with the most points will be selected for the framework agreement per lot. The bidder may submit a tender for either or both lots. The selection criterion for the competition is overall economic advantage, with the weight of the price being 80% and the weight of the quality being 20%. The contract period is fixed for four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has acquired legal force or the market court has granted an enforcement permit for the contract. The notice period for the contract is six (6) months for both contracting parties and the customer community of Numera Palvelut Oy, which is bound by the procurement, regardless of the fixed-term nature. The target is that the contract period will begin on 1.1.2027 (estimate). The communities related to the contract will transfer to the scope of the new contract after the expiry of their current contracts. Partial tenders will not be accepted. Parallel tenders will not be accepted. The bidder is committed to all the conditions presented in the tender invitation with their tender. The procuring entity has the right to verify the information provided by the bidder in the tender documents before making the procurement decision. If the information provided is not correct, the tender will be rejected. NOTE!
