The objective of the Contract is to collect payments effectively and lawfully after the transfer of Dossiers, with a view to careful handling of our Clients and optimisation of the collection result. GBLT applies the principle of social collection, whereby, with attention to the position of the Client, it is aimed to achieve a careful, proportionate and effective Collection. 45,000 dossiers per year.
