This contract concerns the provision of several services for the prevention of psychosocial risks at Inrap. 2,200 agents work at Inrap, distributed across a Head Office, eight Interregional Directorates and 38 Archaeological Research Centres. The following services will be detailed in the tender phase of this procedure. In any case, the requested services will be carried out at all locations where Inrap is established. • Carry out psychosocial risk (RPS) diagnostics on a given perimeter (local or job) and implement all accompanying measures (coaching, training). • Assist the institution in drawing up and implementing the RPS prevention action plan: propose improvement actions, prioritise and schedule these actions (timeline), define the human and financial resources necessary for the implementation of the action plan, define the monitoring indicators. • Map the stakeholders and their responsibilities in the prevention of sustainable RPS by the internal co-construction of Inrap's processes and its comitology. • Restructure and consolidate the internal RPS alert procedure (process, communication, pedagogy, good use, ethics, confidentiality guarantees). • Carry out ancillary services related to the contract (coaching intervention, mediation, support, etc.).
