The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive supply and services involving the adaptation of 142 heating nodes in the area of Opole to the requirements of the AI System. The subject proceedings constitute part 2 of the investment task named "Digitalisation of the district heating network belonging to Energetyka Cieplna Opolszczyzny Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Opole". The detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Section III SWZ, as well as results from the PPU (Section II SWZ) and the Feasibility Study (Section III SWZ). The subject of the contract does not include the supply, implementation or commissioning of an artificial intelligence system, predictive systems or analytical platforms. The contract covers only the modernisation works of the heating nodes, aimed at ensuring their readiness for future integration with such systems. The supply includes, in particular: analysis and inventory of the existing condition of the nodes, execution of assembly, installation and configuration works of a technical nature, supply and assembly of automation elements, control and measurement equipment (AKPiA), communication and telemetry devices, configuration and integration of devices to the extent necessary to ensure readiness to cooperate with the AI System, execution of functional tests and commissioning of local systems, preparation of post-construction documentation. The services are auxiliary in relation to the main supply. The subject of the contract does not include construction works requiring administrative decisions (building permits) or the performance of works under the Construction Law and under the Pzp Act. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the applicable standards and technical regulations, principles of technical knowledge, requirements specified in all parts of the SWZ, including OPZ and PPU.
