Germany – Electricity – EU-weite Ausschreibung der Stromlieferung für verschiedene RSAG-Standorte und Abnahmestellen

The RSAG public corporation (RSAG) is the municipal waste management company in the Rhein-Sieg district. To cover its electricity demand, the RSAG requires a new power supply contract based on a flexible procurement and portfolio model for the delivery locations and consumption points listed in the delivery locations list, starting from 01.01.2027. The electricity actually delivered to the contracting authority must be 100% bilaterally sourced from renewable energy sources. The subject of the contract is the complete and uninterrupted supply of the required grid power, including all energy-related services necessary for the implementation of the supply. These include, in particular, accounting, quantity and portfolio management, price fixing, billing, market communication and reporting in accordance with the performance description and the respective applicable price group schedule as well as the electricity supply contract. The advertised delivery locations will be assigned to different price groups depending on measurement, accounting and price formation logic. The binding assignment of each delivery location results from the separate delivery locations list. - Price group 1 - RLM: Delivery locations with registered performance measurement or other measured value-based accounting, for which a flexible futures and spot market model applies. - Price group 2 - SLP: Delivery locations with standard load profile, for which an annually fixed structured work price with an aggregated quantity tolerance band applies. The price groups are not lots. They form different price and billing models within a uniform supply contract. The award will be made uniformly for all advertised delivery locations.
