The contract is for technical management contracts for buildings, including maintaining technical functional requirements through inspection, care and remedial maintenance with functional responsibility. The contract is complex and includes many different property technical systems and also requires the contractor to staff an operations control centre 24/7. The contract concerns work in technically complex environments with ongoing, disruption-sensitive operations and high hygiene requirements. The contract includes, in addition to a staffed operations control centre, also standby and on-call duties to meet the functional requirements outside normal working hours. Management must function flawlessly for good care.
