The contracting authority intends to purchase a "Laser Welding Machine" to carry out the activities that involve the validation of the prototype within the project "System based on artificial intelligence and optical, photonic and electrochemical sensors, for monitoring wastewater in high-risk environments – SISMED." Through this procurement, the National Institute for Research and Development in Optoelectronics - INOE 2000 aims to execute and validate the prototype for the system based on artificial intelligence and optical, photonic and electrochemical sensors, for monitoring wastewater in high-risk environments. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to the clarification requests from economic operators at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
