France – Industrial machinery – Acquisistion de deux machines bois numériques

This contract concerns the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of two digital units intended for the joinery workshops of the Albert Londres Vocational High School in Cusset, as well as associated software and services. These acquisitions are part of an operation to modernise the existing machinery and include the replacement of two obsolete units. The contract is divided into two distinct lots: • Lot No. 1: 5-axis continuous interpolation digital machining centre • Lot No. 2: Digital horizontal panel saw ________________________________________ Context and purpose of the operation The Albert Londres school complex offers vocational training in joinery and fitting, from the CAP in joinery to the BTS in Wood Development and Production. The establishments have a significant amount of machinery. However, some of the equipment no longer meets current technological requirements or the standards used in companies in the sector. This contract aims to ensure that the teaching tools are in line with contemporary professional practices. The equipment supplied must be suitable for intensive educational use and enable the training of learners of varying levels (CAP to BTS). The school complex is equipped with: • a secure computer network, • computerised rooms, • professional software (TopSolid – TopWood). Compatibility of the proposed equipment with this digital environment is required. ________________________________________ Expected services (applicable to both lots) Each lot must include: • The removal of existing equipment • The supply of new equipment • The accessories necessary for their use • The associated software applications • Delivery to site • Complete installation • Commissioning • User training • Warranty • Technical assistance • Maintenance services. Candidates will specify the warranty conditions, response times and the modalities of preventive and corrective maintenance.
