Germany – Construction work for mining – Bau eines Bohrplatzes für Geothermiebohrungen

With the present tender, a construction company is sought for the construction of the geothermal drilling site. The planned geothermal drilling site essentially consists of three structurally separate areas. The inner drilling site area consists of the foundations for the deep drilling rig including the drilling cellar. The deep drilling rig, including all ancillary facilities, will be erected and operated on this area during the drilling phase. It therefore serves as the installation area for all components of the deep drilling rig, including the power supply, as well as the storage of drilling fluids, emergency diesel or drill pipes. The outer area serves for the development and continuous bypass of the inner area and is therefore primarily intended as a traffic route including heavy goods traffic. Outside the outer area are container and storage areas, which are necessary for the operation of the drilling rig. In addition, storage ponds for the pumping tests of thermal water (at the end of each deep drilling) are to be constructed in the outer area. The inner drilling site area is subject to the requirements of the AwSV, which is why special structural designs are required with regard to material quality, drainage facilities, refuelling areas, etc. As part of the present invitation to tender, the turnkey construction of the entire drilling site with all drilling site areas, including the necessary ancillary facilities such as fencing, etc., is requested.
