Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Krzymów i nieruchomościach jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Krzymów oraz zorganizowanie, utrzymanie i obsługa Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK)”

1. Subject of the Procurement

1) The subject of the procurement is the collection and disposal of the municipal waste indicated in the procurement description from properties located in the territory of the Gmina Krzymów, where residents live, and the collection and disposal of the municipal waste indicated in the procurement description from properties owned by the Gmina Krzymów indicated in point I.4 OPZ, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for the years 2023-2028 together with the investment plan, and the provisions of the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Gmina Krzymów – Resolution of the Municipal Council No:  XXXV/170/2026 of 30 September 2026 – Annex No. 12 to SWZ  XXXV/171/2026 of 30 September 2026 – Annex No. 13 to SWZ  XX/110/2016 of 04 July 2016 – Annex No. 14 to SWZ and  Resolution No. XXII/534/26 of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship Sejmik of 23 February 2026 on the amendment to the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for the years 2023-2028 together with the investment plan, - Annex No. 15 to SWZ

2) Organisation, maintenance and operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), and the collection of municipal waste gathered there. The organisation and operation of the municipal selective waste collection point (PSZOK) enables the free transfer of any amount of waste by property owners and the collection of municipal waste gathered there and its transport to the municipal facility. The following types of waste, originating from households, will be collected: a. Paper, including paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, b. Metals, including metal packaging waste, c. Plastics, including plastic packaging waste, d. Glass, including glass packaging waste, e. Multi-material packaging waste, f. Biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, including green waste, g. Hazardous waste, h. Expired medicines and chemicals, i. Waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, j. Used batteries and accumulators, k. Used electrical and electronic equipment, l. Furniture and other bulky waste, m. Textile and clothing waste. The subject of the procurement includes only municipal waste, and does not include waste generated and arising as a result of conducting business activities. The contractor bears all the costs associated with the collection of waste, transport of waste, disposal of waste, the costs of operating the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point and other costs of the procurement.
