Poland – Fair and exhibition organisation services – „Organizacja wyjazdu małopolskich przedsiębiorców na targi China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 w Szanghaju (Chiny)”

The subject of the order is the comprehensive organisation of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai, China, taking place from 05-10 November 2026, as part of the project „Kierunek: Eksport i Inwestycje - Małopolska”. The order includes the execution of the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organisation of air transport, organisation of transport of persons at the fair, catering for participants, organisation of accommodation for all participants of the fair including breakfast, insurance, translation services according to the Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex No. 1 to SWZ. NOTICE! In the event of: - change of date of the Fair or its cancellation in the traditional formula, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country/city of the fair makes it impossible, - the occurrence of circumstances of an extraordinary nature, independent of the Ordering Party, in particular related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats or the issuance by the competent authorities (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) of travel warnings to the place of service provision or through transit areas, resulting in the participants' resignation from participating in the trip for safety reasons, and consequently the lack of possibility to complete the minimum number of 18 participants necessary for the implementation of the order, the Ordering Party will have the right to invalidate the procedure on the basis of art. 255 point 5) uPzp or withdraw from the contract on the basis of art. 456 paragraph 1 point 1 uPzp. The detailed definition of the subject of the order is contained in the „Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
