Slovakia – Public road transport services – Poskytovanie služieb regionálnej autobusovej dopravy vo verejnom záujme na území dopravného regiónu Dunajská Streda

The subject of the contract is the provision of regional bus transport services in the public interest in the area of the transport region of Dunajská Streda, which, for the purposes of this public procurement, is divided into two separately evaluated parts corresponding to the district of Dunajská Streda and the district of Galanta. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, ensuring transport services according to approved timetables and the Transport Schedule with technically suitable buses, managing stop signs, selling tickets and providing other related services according to the proposals of the Contracts and their annexes. The services to be procured are services in the public interest according to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No 332/2023 Z. z. on public transport in its current version.
