Slovakia – Public road transport services – Poskytovanie služieb regionálnej autobusovej dopravy vo verejnom záujme na území dopravného regiónu Dunajská Streda

The subject of the contract is the provision of regional bus transport services in the public interest in the area of the transport region of Dunajská Streda, which is divided for the purposes of this public procurement into two separately evaluated parts corresponding to the district of Dunajská Streda and the district of Galanta. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the provision of transport services according to the approved timetables and the Transport Schedule with technically suitable buses, the management of bus stop signs, the sale of tickets and the provision of other related services according to the proposals of the Contracts and their annexes. The services to be procured are public service contracts according to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No. 332/2023 Coll. on public passenger transport as amended.
