Slovakia – Public road transport services – Poskytovanie služieb regionálnej autobusovej dopravy vo verejnom záujme na území dopravného regiónu Dunajská Streda

The subject of the contract is the provision of regional bus transport services in the public interest in the area of the transport region Dunajská Streda, which is divided into two separately evaluated parts for the purposes of this public procurement, corresponding to the Dunajská Streda district and the Galanta district. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, ensuring transport services according to approved timetables and the Transport Order with technically suitable buses, management of stop signs, sale of tickets and provision of other related services according to the proposals of the Contracts and their annexes. The services to be procured are services in the public interest according to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No. 332/2023 Z. z. on public passenger transport in the current version.
