Section 1 Kremnica Removal of timber with loading and unloading from the removal sites of Mestských lesov s.r.o. Kremnica to ES Diviaky and the recipient in lengths of 8-14 m. Estimated volume - coniferous approx. 2 500 m3 Average removal distance – 20-30 km. Estimated volume - deciduous approx. 500 m3 Average removal distance – 5-15 km. Section 2 Turček Removal of timber with loading and unloading from the removal sites of Mestských lesov s.r.o. Kremnica to ES Diviaky and the recipient in lengths of 6-14 m. Estimated volume - coniferous approx. 25 000 m3 Average removal distance – 15-25 km. Estimated volume - deciduous approx. 2 000 m3 Average removal distance - 15-25 km. Section 3 Horná Štubňa Removal of timber with loading and unloading from the removal sites of Mestských lesov s.r.o. Kremnica to ES Diviaky and the recipient in lengths of 8-14 m. Estimated volume - coniferous approx. 12 000 m3 Average removal distance – 10-20 km. Estimated volume - deciduous approx. 2 000 m3 Average removal distance – 10-20 km.

1. Rate per 1 m3 of timber removed with loading and unloading, on LS Turček including partial manipulation of wood to removal lengths

2. As these are forestry operations, it is not possible to precisely determine the volumes of material for removal. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the estimated volume during contract performance.

3. The fact that the applicant is not a taxable person for VAT, the applicant will state in the tender. If the applicant is not a taxable person for VAT, the applicant will state the proposed contract price in EUR (with VAT).

4. Raw logs in full lengths (maximum permissible lengths).

5. Loading and stacking of wood with HR, on LS Turček partial manipulation of wood to removal lengths, driving with load from the removal site to ES or the recipient.

6. A larger part of the deliveries of deciduous wood from LS Turček and LS Horná Štubňa to households with more complex transport conditions in the surrounding villages.

7. Vehicles for timber transport must be equipped with a hydraulic arm (HR)

8. The maximum amount of timber removed in one day to the manipulation-expedition warehouse in Diviaky will not exceed 75 m3.

9. Driving with load from: - the removal site to the expedition warehouse (export site - transshipment point), - the removal site to the recipient's warehouse,

10. Emission standard min. EURO 5
