The subject of the tender is the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network as well as the supply of the underserved "grey areas" of the municipality of Tholey with services of a sustainable and high-performance gigabit network. This is a service concession. The granting authority intends to implement the development through a gigabit network, for the construction and operation of which investment aid is granted (so-called viability gap model).
