Under the procurement procedure in accordance with the VgV with a selection contest in accordance with § 17 and § 74 VgV, an office is to be found for the planning of the technical building services, plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 of the new construction of a 3-court sports hall in Horb am Neckar. As a replacement for the aging municipal stadium halls, the new construction of a 3-court sports hall is necessary. The new building will be used for school and club sports. Use as an assembly hall or event hall is not planned. The design for the architecture and landscape planning has already been selected in the context of a realization competition by Birk Heilmeyer Frenzel Architekten and Bäuerle Landschaftsarchitektur. The gross floor area of the 3-court sports hall with 199 spectator seats is approximately 3,000 m². The attributable costs of KGR 300 + 400 amount to 10.6 million euros gross. Planning will start immediately after the award of the contract. The selection committee is planned for week 36/2026, the bidder discussions are scheduled to take place in week 43/2026, according to the current status. The winning design will be made available to the bidders for the 2nd phase of the procedure. Application as a joint venture is possible (the form 234 is to be completed accordingly). In the case of a consortium of applicants, the information and references are to be considered in total for the ARGE. The reference is also considered to be fulfilled if the service was provided as the responsible project manager in another office. In this case, a written confirmation from the other office or the client must be submitted regarding the responsible project management (form I.3 EU is to be completed).
