The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collecting and managing all mixed municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste from property owners where residents of the Municipality of Tłuchowo live, and the collection and management of all selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Tłuchowo at ul. Leśna. The estimated number of residents in the Municipality of Tłuchowo is 3,657, including 77 people in 4 multi-family buildings with more than 10 units, 77 people in 5 multi-family buildings with more than 3 units, and 3,503 people in 1,221 single-family buildings. The contracting authority has a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point equipped with containers/bin, ash collection containers, which the Contractor will be obliged to place in the indicated points in the Municipality of Tłuchowo. In addition, all occupied properties are equipped with containers for the collection of mixed waste. Each occupied property is equipped with a container for the collection of non-segregated waste. The Contractor will provide, without additional charges, bags intended for the selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the subject contract. In the Municipality of Tłuchowo, there is a discount for having a compost bin and composting bio-waste in it. According to the declarations submitted, all residents use the discount and will not hand over bio-waste for collection. Therefore, there is no need to supply bags for bio-waste.
